Property and risk transition:

This means that all risk of lost items is carried by Lola Ramona 
However, you have the risk of return shipments until Lola Ramona receive the goods. 

Transportation Injury:
Are the goods transport injured / damaged in transit, the customer shall forthwith upon receipt contact Lola Ramona who has conducted the delivery.
