Lola Ramona delivers by GLS, FedEx & UPS.
*COVID 19 UPDATE* From December 18th both GLS and UPS will no longer deliver to your door. They will deliver to a safe access point near you. Please ensure when ordering that your details are correct as these are required to let you know where to collect. This change is to ensure the safety of GLS and UPS employees. 

Delivery time: 
*CORONA VIRUS*: As a result of the Corona Virus it is not possible for us to guarantee delivery between 2-5 days. We apologise for any inconvenience. 

Delivery in Denmark 2 to 5 days. During our BIG SALES expect longer delivery times.
International markets: 3 to 10 days.  During our BIG SALES expect longer delivery times.
If these delivery terms cannot be met. We will notify you of expected delivery date.

Returns are paid by customer, but we can offer you this service:

The shipping cost includes custom fees. This means there will be no extra fees for your orders for any customers also outside EU

Property and risk transition:
All items purchased from Lola Ramona remains the property of Lola Ramona, until the goods are received. 
This means that all risk of lost items is carried by Lola Ramona.
However,: In case of returns, the customer bare the risk until Lola Ramona have received the goods. 

Transportation Injury:

Lola Ramona hold the risk on delivery. The customer hold the risk on returns.
