Return policy: 2 weeks after receipt.

You have the right to cancel or return any purchase made from Lola Ramona. 
Fill out this form and attach it with the goods when returning.
You can also return the product by refusing to accept the goods when delivered.

When products are returned, it has to be in the same condition and quantity as received. 
Repayment is made as quickly as possible after we receive the returned goods and have checked that it meets same conditions as when bought. 
We recommend that returned goods are shipped as a package with track&trace.
If you return the shoes, do not put stamps or shipping labels directly onto the shoebox. The shoes and the box must be returned in same condition as you received them

Warranty:

Any Sale of Goods are provided with a warranty of 24 months.

Complaints:
You have as a customer the right to complain about any deficiencies of the product which has occurred within 24 months after purchase. 

It is however a prerequisite that these deficits are not caused by any misuse of the product or other damaging behavior that has led to shortages. If the product is tainted with a lack, the customer is entitled to require replacement. 

This means that you may require a new product sent to replace the one advertised above.
