Christmas Gift returns are accepted to 14th jan '24

They need to be physically returned before this date.
All returns before christmas are normal.

Returns are accepted within a 2 week period from when you receive the item.  

Returns will be accepted for a full refund, minus the return postage if they are sent to Lola Ramona within the first 14 days after receipt. Customers are also welcome to return products bought online to the physical shop instead of shipping. 

Any returns received after the 14 day period will not be refunded and will instead be issued a voucher for the value of the returned items minus the return postage.

If you have not sent your order within 14 days of receiving it your label will no longer be valid and cannot be used to return the goods. 

If you believe you are still entitled to a return under our 14 day policy but you cannot access it through our portal as your time has elapsed, please send an email to news@lolaramona.com with proof of the date you received your items and we will assess the validity of your claim. 

If your return reaches us in an acceptable condition you will be refunded minus the return shipping fee which is outlined below:

Return Costs:

Denmark: €5

Europe: €12

Switzerland and Norway: €20

Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns from outside of the EU, excluding Switzerland and Norway

When products are returned, it has to be in the same condition and quantity as received. 

Repayment is made as quickly as possible after we receive the returned goods and have checked that it meets same conditions as when bought. 

Warranty claims and damaged goods:

Any Sale of Goods include a warranty of 24 months.

If you wish to claim under warranty or a product you received was damaged please contact news@lolaramona.com and quote the following in the subject header: 

IMPORTANT CLAIM REQUEST - ORDER #[Insert order number]


Complaints:
You have as a customer the right to complain about any deficiencies of the product which has occurred within 24 months after purchase. 

It is however a prerequisite that these deficiencies are not caused by any misuse of the product or other damaging behavior. If the product is faulty, the customer is entitled to a replacement. 

This means that you may require a new product sent to replace the one advertised above.
